Recently, the winners of 2025 Science and Technology Innovation Award of Chinese Renewable Energy Society were officially announced. The project "Key Technologies and Applications for Low-Carbon and High-Efficiency Operation of Integrated Energy Systems in Industrial Parks," jointly completed by Shandong University, Shanghai KeLiang Information Technology Co., Ltd., and other institutions, received the First Prize in Technological Innovation.
This project accurately addresses the core pain points of energy management in industrial parks. Driven by the dual goals of 'low-carbon' and 'high-efficiency,' it has successfully developed an innovative integrated energy system solution. By overcoming critical technological bottlenecks in the collaborative optimization of multiple energy sources—including green electricity from wind and solar PV, energy storage, and natural gas—a smart energy system has been established. This system achieves precise regulation and efficient utilization of energy flows within the park, thereby significantly reducing carbon emission levels and providing a replicable model for industrial green transition.
This award not only reflects authoritative recognition of KeLiang's technical expertise in energy system simulation and control, but also demonstrates the value of its collaborative innovation with industry-university-research partners in advancing green energy technology deployment.
